Entrance in to the website MissouriMistress.com constitutes an absolute
binding legal agreement to all Terms and Conditions.

royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, worldwide, unrestricted
license to use, transmit, distribute, and publicly display any posted

- We do not discriminate on the basis of age, gender, sexual orientation,
race, ethnicity, nationality, disabilities, weight, height, or religion.
- We are not responsible in any manner for any content, advertising,
articles, interviews, message boards, groups, links, calendars, and chat
room. All content and participation is the sole responsibility of the
Associate or Visitor.
- Price and Payment for Participation: Visitors may use this Site
free of charge. MissouriMistress.com reserves the right to change the
visitation entrance to a nominal fee for Site access.
- Associates : By
becoming an Associate, you agree to use the Site in compliance with all
applicable local, state, federal and governmental laws and regulations and
in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Any information given by you
for content or advertising shall define you as an Associate.
- Associate participation is available to those over the age of twenty-one,
regardless of any lesser legal age established by any country or state.
- An Associate is a known professional dominatrix and may use this site as a

you may submit the image for consideration. Accepted banners are located

- Associates who had their Associate participation terminated, denied or
revoked may not use nor attempt to use MissouriMistress.com in any
manner.
- Associate Page(s) shall have the information from the Associate
Information Questionnaire, the Site menu system, and the footer link
directory with advertising. Associate may provide content and images for
the Associate Page but the Site strictly controls the usage of such as
outlined within.
- Prohibited Content and Actions
- MissouriMistress.com may terminate any connection or affiliation with
any Associate or Visitor at any time, without notice, for conduct that
violates local, state, federal or governmental laws or regulations, for
complaints, or for any infringement or violation, actual or perceived,
of the Terms and Conditions.
- The following is a non-exclusive list of ACTIONS AND CONTENT PROHIBITED on

- No disruptive conduct or excessive use of vulgarity in the Site,
including but not limited to chat room, message boards, calendars and
forums.
- Conduct or content deemed harmful to MissouriMistress.com, the Site,
any third party content provider, or other individuals is prohibited.
- Materials or links to any lottery, raffle, contest, or game that
requires payment are prohibited.
- The chat room and message boards are for interactive communication
between Visitors and Associates but may not be use for advertising or to
lure the Visitor or Associate to another site.
- Termination
- Any infraction of this agreement will constitute immediate termination
of your use of the Site, including but not limited to chat room, message
boards, calendars and forums, without prior notice. If termination is
due to any unlawful act it will be reported.
- Complaints and Reporting a Violation of these Terms of Service :
MissouriMistress.com should be informed of any violation of the Terms and
Conditions. If you believe there is a violation you should contact
MissouriMistress.com so that your complaint may be reviewed. We are under no
obligation to take any action and if any action is taken it shall be at the

suspected infraction is located. Upon such a notice we will immediately

We may contact the user, Visitor, Associate whom allegedly posted the
material in an attempt to get more information on the suspected
material.
- Obtain written permission of use before you duplicate or use any
information, material, data, or imagery of any sort. All logos,

- NOTICE OF 18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement. The Site MissouriMistress.com
does not allow nudity or depictions of sexual acts. We do not create any
photography. All images uploaded are by a user, Visitor, or Associate.
Authorities need to contact the individual regarding any suspected materials
as well as MissouriMistress.com at mistress@missourimistress.com
since posting of such materials would be in violation of our Terms and
Conditions.
- Legalities: This Agreement is entered into in St. Louis, Missouri.
You agree that Missouri law (regardless of conflicts of law principles)
shall govern this Agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating
to this Agreement shall be subject to the federal and state courts in St.
Louis, Missouri. All judgments and interpretation concerning the application
and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions are made at the sole and
absolute discretion of MissouriMistress.com and the Site.
- Severability and Binding Arbitration: All disputes and respective
assigns, attorneys, and successors of any kind whatsoever, arising from the
transactions of this agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in
accordance to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitral
claims shall include, but are not limited to, tort and contract of all
kinds, and all claims based on federal, state, or local statute, laws and
regulations. Arbitration shall be final, binding and the exclusive remedy
for all parties for all claims with the fees of the arbitrator being paid
for by the losing party, as determined by the arbitrator.
- If any provision of this agreement is held by a court of competent
jurisdiction or by approved arbitrator to be contrary to law, the
remaining provisions of this agreement will continue in full force and
effect.
- At our sole discretion, we may determine that law enforcement
officials should be notified. In doing so MissouriMistress.com and the
Site may provide any and all information we have and cooperate full with
the appropriate officials without notice to the user, Visitor,
advertiser, and/or Associate. We retain the right to disclose to
enforcement officials information, personal identification information,
and Internet Protocol addresses pursuant to a subpoena or court order
or, in circumstances where we deem appropriate
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire
agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter contained
herein and supersede any other agreement, written or oral.
